COMMUNICATING INNOVATION FOR AMAZON

CASE STUDY:

In the early days of voice technology, Amazon needed widespread brand participation to facilitate household adoption and trust. While brands were familiar with app offerings for iOS or Android, integrations for voice apps were unknown territory. Separately, developers needed to be inspired to learn Amazon’s SDK and build out integrations. 

Countdown developed creative executions to communicate similar concepts to these different audiences, helping pave the way for phrases like “Alexa, order me an Uber…” or “Alexa, what’s for dinner?”
